Benchmarking is a systematic way by which organizations can measure and modify their activities based on the best industry or organization. The purpose of this study is to rank and evaluate the performance of automotive and parts manufacturing companies presented in the Tehran Stock Exchange using data envelopment analysis and also to benchmark inefficient companies-years. Practical results are also provided based on mathematical models to find the position of automotive and parts manufacturing companies compared to each other and to maximize their performance. The components of companies' intellectual capital, including human capital, structural capital, capital employed and innovative capital are considered as inputs. Also, return on assets, return on equity, return on sales and net profit per share are deemed as outputs which are extracted from the financial statements of the sample companies during the ten years 2010-2019. The performance of the units is evaluated using the output-oriented CCR model. 26 out of 280 member-year sample companies were determined as efficient. Then, the Anderson-Peterson model is used to rank them. Also, benchmarking for inefficient units are done applying the envelopment form and GAMS software, which can be used to observe the behavior of inefficient companies, in order to target to improve organizational performance.

The healthcare organization is a basic factor for any community, as it highly acts on the socioeconomic development of any country. Beginning of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) was initial reported in December 2019. Until now, many medicines and plans have been used in the cure of the illness. The COVID-19 became a pandemic around the world and has giant effect on our industrial and social systems, particularly on the healthcare system. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a powerful nonparametric engineering tool for estimating technical efficiency and production capacity of service units. Therefore, in this study, to examine a relationship between healthcare and bed suitable in the COVID-19 is evaluated using DEA. In the first step, the efficiency values are calculated based on determines the production capacity of hospitals through data envelopment analysis. In the second, incorporates the complexity of needs in two categories for the reallocation of beds throughout the medical specialties. The proposed approach can provide a direction for governments to expand strategies based on a powerful production capacity measure.

The municipality can be considered a non-governmental and non-profit organization, which is one of the duties of this organization to issuance of construction permits and it is actually a permit that the municipality gives to the owner and the owner can thereby begin construction operations. Simultaneously with the gradual growth of Iran's population and the enlargement of the city of Tehran, the needs of citizens, citizens, and the number of constructions have increased so much that the number of municipalities has increased. The municipality of Tehran city consists of 22 districts and the management of each district is the responsibility of the mayor of that district. The purpose of this paper was to evaluate the efficiency of municipalities in 22 districts of Tehran city for issuing building demolition and renovation permits using data envelopment analysis and output-oriented BCC model to evaluate relative efficiency assuming variable returns to scale and ranking of efficient units using Anderson-Peterson model is for the first six months of 1399. The research inputs include area of the area, number of residential units and the outputs include the area of the land and the number of permits issued in the municipality of each region. The analysis of the present study was performed using GAMS software.

The studies on congestion, in the field of either economic or operations research, have been grown in recent years. Calculating and determining congestion have two important aspects. By reducing the input in the decision-making unit, which has experienced congestion, we can also reduce its expenses. Moreover, congestion can lead to a reduction in outputs. By its obviation, output can be increased, and in turn, it can also increase the profits consequently. In this research, congestion of decision-making units in data envelopment analysis was estimated in the presence of fuzzy data. In most of the problems of the real and practical world, the obtained information are not exact, even they are fuzzy. Here, the interesting point is how to calculate congestion of data if they are fuzzy. At this point, congestion can be calculated through triangular fuzzy data using in a particular interval. The suggested model provides an interval solution, which can be used as a guide in decisions making.

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a linear programming based method to measure performance a group of homogeneous decision making units (DMUs) units such as firms with multiple inputs and outputs. In two-stage unit all or part of the outputs of the first stage are assumed to be the second stage's inputs and measuring performance of these DMUs is one of the important issues in DEA. There are two ways, multiplier or additive model, to calculate efficiency of DMU in DEA which in this paper, a new model is proposed by using multiplier method to evaluate efficiency of such unit then according to the presented model, the efficiency of a hose and plastic product manufacturer in 10 years is examined.

Today, there are several reasons for the necessity of using an enterprise resource planning system (ERP) more than ever. In the competitive environment of companies, components such as flexibility, quality, management of relationships with customers, and lower cost show this necessity more colorfully. The necessity of integration in the processes of an organization and the need for ERP as one of the important and innovative decision-making and management tools increases the competitiveness of the organization. Since the application of ERP in the world has had many successes and failures, therefore, the efficient selection of one of the companies providing ERP can play a decisive role in the survival of organizations. In this article, considering standard KPIs, a method for selecting an ERP service provider based on Data Envelopment Analysis and Preference Voting is proposed.
